Spring menu a' la Citronelle!

Dear friends! We invite you for spring menu a 'la Citronelle. Spring sun and bright dandelions original inspired our chef to create delicious salad of dandelion leaves, radish and quail eggs in Scotch style, ceviche of scallops with citrus toasts and truffle oil.
Try red cabbage gazpacho with  with horseradish cream or cold soup with salmon or oxtail meat. As a main course we offer pike chops with vanilla mashed cauliflower and lemon jam or duck breast with stewed strawberry and Porto sauce.
Complete your dinner with delicate jasmine creme brulee or panna-cotta with basil and strawberries. Bon appetite!
