Strawberry season in Citronelle!

Strawberry is a favorite symbol of summer! It is considered to be the queen of berries, not only for excellent taste, but also for the benefit to the body. Strawberries help to produce a hormone of joy☺️. Therefore, we dedicated the whole menu to this berry: Dor blue cheese mousse with strawberries, tomatoes, new salad leaves and basil; dried duck breast carpaccio with strawberry chutney; foie gras with rhubarb, strawberry flambe and mint; strawberry gazpacho; quail stuffed with strawberries and mint, with a juicy spicy carrot. And for dessert cream-caramel with sauteed strawberry and the long-awaited milfey cake with strawberries!!!!

Lent menu in Citronelle!

Today, 49 days before Easter, Lent begins. It lasts seven weeks and its purpose is our spiritual preparation for the meeting of such a bright and warm Easter. For our guests who keeps Lent, we cook a delicious menu with hummus and tomato tartare with avocado, delicious soup with ceps and coriander, rice pasta with ceps, oyster mushrooms and pumpkin curry, risotto with spelta, ceps and vegetable ratatouille. As for incredibly delicious desserts: coconut milk panna cott, buckthorn cake and brownie with cherries. Bon Appetit!
